#pregnancyyoga returns next Saturday 10am. Pregnancy Yoga is suitable from 12 weeks onwards and it’s accessible for every body. So if you have lots of experience and no experience at all at yoga you can come along each week, move and breathe to help you feel better in your body, improve your sleep, create a little calm each week for yourself and talk( 😉vent) with other Mums to be about anything pregnancy related. Can we say to ourselves” I hear you inner shit head, I know those things are happening but I’m going to try to move…come with me and see how it all seems at the end😉”. What is your mat to you? #january can be difficult for so many reasons for people. The low after the fairy lights and visits at Christmas, the people who have left us, the challenges up ahead in 2024? The determination of the socials to make you feel like you should be doing, more and more and more. Buying more, being more, eating less, drinking less,the list is endless. But what do you really want for yourself this January? I have always found solace in my practice. Yoga allows for the times when you just want to move softer, breathe slower and it helps me cope to do the tougher, more demanding aspects in my life. But I don’t want to do the hard sell, there’s plenty of that on here ( also I have terrible memories of being the worst pen sales person in the 90’s) So if you haven’t tried yoga or you want to return, we have a few classes of different gifted teachers and rhythms that might suit and support you in 2024.
